A simple and elegant time and billing program for CPA and other professional services firms.  Using clients, employees and item codes from your QuickBooks accounting system we can have your firm set up and running quickly — usually within 24 hours.

TrakTime Central

Operation is simple and effective.  Each professional in your firm enters time and expense into his or her TrakTime timesheet.  Timesheets are consolidated as required into TCentral for review and billing.  Your billing decisions are posted to QuickBooks and bills can be printed from QuickBooks or output to Word.  QuickBooks handles the receivable, applicable taxes, finance charges, and payments.

  •  TrakTime Central is offered as a service: $12 per timesheet user per month covers all costs including technical support.  There is a $600 one-time setup fee.
  • TrakTime Central works with QuickBooks Pro and Premier 2009 – 2015.
  • The TrakTime timesheet includes timers, expense calculator, spell check, shorthand.
  • The TrakTime timesheet is used by thousands of professionals every day.
  • The TCentral billing module includes tracking missing timesheets, progress or standard billing, write up or down of WIP, project or client-level billing, custom invoice templates for QuickBooks or Word.
  • The TrakDate due-date tracking module tracks your tax returns and other projects/events to completion.
