The Practice Engine Group, Ltd. has been supplying Professional Relationship Management Systems (Professional Practice Management + CRM) to professional organizations since 1993. Their clients range in size from 15 to 1000+ staff in single and multiple offices. Practice Engine is the major supplier to 10+ partner firms in the UK and was voted a leading product in its category in the 2004 ICAEW survey. With offices in Herefordshire, UK, the Practice Engine Group, Ltd. is also privately owned and operated. 

Mike Francis is the co-founder and CEO of The Practice Engine Group, Ltd., and the vision behind Practice Engine. He received his BCom degree from Rhodes University in South Africa, and qualified as a Chartered  Accountant with Deloitte Haskins + Sells as they were then. Mr. Francis has presented to numerous audiences on the subjects of professional IT, including audit working papers, practice management and IT usage generally in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom and the USA. He participates as a co-opted member of the IT Faculty of the ICAEW and is on the Software Vendor forum of the IT Faculty, having been instrumental in its creation
